双轴双碟烟道截止阀
普遍现状:
目前窑尾锅炉烟气旁通阀为:百叶电动阀。由于受传动轴影响阀座无法形成一个整体,阀板单薄,无法对阀门密封面进行精密加工,在实际使用中关闭不严,漏烟气量大,在高温烟气中易产生变形,造成卡死,开闭不灵活现象。由于大量高温烟气的泄露,造成进入余热锅炉的热量至少减少5%,浪费了大量余热发电可利用的热能。
