垃圾固废装置(Solid waste garbage device)

 

　　在进入21世纪后，终于迎来百花齐放。在环保、可行性、经济性方面均有不同的突破。结合715所技术，我们开发了垃圾循环经济的成套系统，OPC。

技术特点：

1、垃圾强氧除味，就算置身工厂，也没有任何异味。
2、污水板框压滤，达到三级排放标准。
3、垃圾无害化焚烧，由立式热解炉燃烧室热解气化垃圾，气化可燃气体，进入二燃室，彻底高温过燃，炉内回旋3S，二噁英
　 完全分解。
4、过燃烟气通过三次风管送入水泥窑，增加立磨热值，热值为1600Kcl/t的垃圾可节省燃煤180kg。
5、每吨垃圾可产生107kg灰分，可掺入水泥生产线做原料。
6、按照设计年处理19.8吨生活垃圾计算，年减排二氧化碳约16万吨。经济效益和社会效益显著！

Main technical characteristic:

1.Remove the smell by strong oxidation, even you are in factory, there is also no smell.

2.Sewage plate-and-frame filter press , Up to level 3 discharge standard.

3.Rubbish non-harmful incineration, thermal pyrolysis by the vertical furnace first combustion chamber, the flammable gas after gasification will be high temperature burning passed by the second combustion chamber, revolution in the furnace 3s, complete decomposition of dioxin.

4.After the rubbish by over burning and hot filter, it will put into cement kilns by 3 times through wind pipes, increase the mill calorific value, Through theoretical calculations, the heat value 1600cl/ton of rubbish can save coal 180kg.

5.Each ton rubbish can produce 107kg waste ash, it can be mixed into cement production to do the raw material.

6.According to design household garbage disposal capacity 198000 tons carbon dioxin emissions by one year. Significant economic and social benefits.
